Abbiamo disegnato e progettato Piccolo per rendere la cottura a legna un gioco da ragazzi e qualcosa che tutti possono fare.

È facilissimo accendere il fuoco e in soli dieci minuti raggiunge la giusta temperatura,  garantendo una sana e specialissima cottura. Con il piano di cottura rotante non c’è bisogno di girare la pizza o la pirofila. Basta metterlo in forno, chiudere la porta e guardare il vostro pasto cucinare uniformemente alla perfezione. Rendendo Piccolo il forno a legna più facile da usare! È come un forno a microonde però a legna, quindi genuino.

  3. Great oven! I enjoy it just very well. It is fired by biomaterial which is a feature I love. Other positive features are tiny amount of ash and smoke is insignificant. I have made bread and done a lot of great cooking with my chef wife. Whole family enjoyed.

We picked our Piccolo wood fire oven up in Auckland.  It was very easy to assemble.  We have had two weekends of cooking in the pizza oven. It is a perfect fit on our stainless steel bench, and we now have mastered the knack of lightening it very quickly. We have a layer of hardwood chips, then add some pine pieces and by using a potato peeler we shave the pine kindling to get a nest of shavings which produce a good flame and once the pine is burning add the hardwood. It only needs a few pieces of hardwood to get the temperature up and it stays up for quite awhile.  Attached are some pictures of our first pizza ready and waiting for the temperature to go up to then cook, then the cooked result ..yum.  That night we used the pizza oven to cook some french lamb cutlets as well– 15 minutes and we had lamb medium rare with an amazing Smokey flavour (apple wood). I used a BBQ grill plate that just fitted perfectly on the pizza stone and so it rotated around giving an even cook. Sunday breakfast was bacon… and we have cooked eye of fillet steak, 2 minutes each side to get medium.

  10. I had considered buying a pizza oven quite some time ago, the problem was size… That was until I saw the Piccolo. It was a great looking option. After a lot of thought, I decided yes we should get one. Once we got it setup (which was very easy and quick to do) we watched the videos that were sent to us via email. We got some hardwood, which is exactly what we were told to get in order to get the high temperatures. After about 15 minutes we got the oven to about 300 degrees. From what I could gather this was a good temperature to cook at. We put in the first pizza and to my surprise it was ready within about 1-2 minutes. It was a chicken and bacon pizza with plenty of topping as well. I was skeptical as to how it could do it so quickly but sure enough it was cooked perfectly! Within about 8 more minutes we had cooked a total of 5 pizza’s. The next test, the biggest one, was the taste test…. Well my family of 6 absolutely loved it. Finally after 4 years of trying to cook a pizza in our regular oven we had got something better tasting than the take away pizza’s. It was such a hit that we have since had pizza at least once or twice a week. We did try a roast but due to our lack of experience it didn’t work out great but that we know is just experience and we can’t wait to get it right. I have now got neighbours, friends and family wanting to get one because they enjoyed the pizza’s we made for them so much! As a person capable of burning water when it comes to cooking I think that it could not be easier. And it is great for the kids as they love watching the pizza cook as well. It is a fantastic product, well built, and very well priced. I don’t think any family who loves home cooked pizzas should look past this very capable and well made Piccolo. Thanks Christi & Giuseppe for the great pizza oven.   13. I purchased the new Piccolo wood fired  oven from My-woodfired.com.au about 3 months ago and I have to say that this oven is clearly the best pizza oven l have ever had. From the moment l unpacked it I new that this is a great oven.
    Well packaged and made to a very high quality. From when you light the fire and within 20 or so minutes this little beauty is ready to cook the best pizza you’ve ever had. The rotating stone cooks the pizza perfectly every time. I have also cooked some roast meat dishes as well, excellent result with that woodfired smokey flavour. At the right temperature this oven can cook a pizza in not even 2 minutes. A small compact oven, but huge on performance I must say. I would highly recommend this oven to any household.

It is worth every cent and we absolutely love cooking in it.   15. Hi, I’ve been using Piccolo Oven, the baby of My-Woodfireoven, for over a month now. 
    It is an amazing,  great oven and easy to use for all, even if you not a professional chef, it is easy trust me . And the infrared thermometer helps you to calibrate the inside temperature to perfection.

  18. Grazie per l’incredibile servizio clienti. Abbiamo provato il nostro Piccolo per la prima volta Martedì e le pizze erano fantastiche. La prima pizza era con solo prosciutto, abbiamo giocato sul sicuro essendo la nostra prima volta, ma sperimenteremo altre combinazioni la prossima volta.

  19. Devo dire che questo Piccolo forno è chiaramente il miglior forno a legna che abbia mai avuto.
    Dal momento in cui l’ho aperto ho capito che questo è forno di qualità.
    In circa 20 minuti questa piccola bellezza è pronta per cucinare la migliore pizza che tu abbia mai avuto, e in pochissimo tempo. E trovo cosi facile la pietra rotante, perché cuoce la pizza perfettamente ogni volta.
    Ho cucinato anche degli arrosti di carne, ottimo risultato con quel sapore di affumicato cotto a legna.
    Consiglio vivamente questo forno a qualsiasi famiglia.

  22. Uso mio Piccolo, il bambino di My-Woodfiredoven Australia, da più di un anno.
    È un prodotto straordinario, un ottimo forno e cosi facile da usare!! Il termometro a infrarossi che danno in omaggio ti aiuta a calibrare alla perfezione la temperatura interna.
    E durante il lockdown ho fatto la pizza utilizzando Piccolo giorno dopo giorno.E ho anche grigliato bistecche, pesce, frutti di mare e agnello, e l’ho usato anche per grigliare verdure: buonissime!
